TERMS OF USE

The website at store.success.com.my is a copyrighted site (“the Site”) belonging to Success Transformer Marketing Sdn Bhd ("STM", "Company", "us", "our", and "we"). By accessing to the Site and placing your order(s) with us, you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions herein (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent).

 

1. PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY

1.1. All prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of taxes but are exclusive of delivery charges from STM to the Customer (“you” and “your”) within Malaysia, which shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated

 

2. SHIPPING POLICY

2.1. STM will only accept orders with valid delivery addresses within Malaysia. No delivery to post box will be made.

 

2.2. All orders received will be processed within 24 hours during business day and ready for shipping out from our warehouse.

 

2.3. All parcels are delivered by our courier partner(s) i.e Pos Laju, City Link.

 

2.4. Customer will receive the shipping details with tracking number by email once the order has been processed.

 

2.5. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days from the date when the Customer receives the order confirmation email from the Site. In the event that order(s) have not been received after 14 business days following the confirmation of order, please reply to or send email to digital.marketing@success.com.my or contact the Customer Care line at 019-229 1850.

 

2.6. Any dates quoted by STM for delivery of the order are estimates only. In no event shall STM be liable for increased expenses or delivery cost, loss of profits or goodwill or any other special, incidental direct or indirect or consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery of the order.

 

2.7. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, destination and courier provider and will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout.

 

2.8. The shipping fees and courier partner(s) are subject to change without prior notice.

 

2.9. In the event the parcel(s) is returned to us due to the delivery details provided are invalid/insufficient or if the courier failed to contact you for whatsoever reasons, we will refund the payment to you after deduction of the shipping charges via coupon code which you can utilize for your subsequent purchase.

 

3. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

3.1. STM accepts return and refund/ one-to-one exchange due to any of the following reasons:

3.2. Customer who want to request for return/ exchange and meet all requirements as above, is liable to contact STM by sending email to digital.marketing@success.com.my or call to +60 19-229 1850, within 7 business days following delivery date, and to provide proof of purchase and photo of wrong/ damaged/ defective product.

 

3.3. STM shall arrange for our courier partner to collect the wrong/ damaged/ defective product from the Customer’s given address and deliver the replacement product to the Customer in a separate shipment. New shipping details will be provided to the Customer.

 

3.4. If exceeded the 7 business days’ period, any product parts defect and manufacturing faults should be claimed under manufacturer warranty, based on the Conditions of Warranty stated on the warranty card.

 

3.5. STM do NOT accept return due to Change of Mind or Not as Expected.

 

3.6. For payment by Credit Card, Boost Wallet, Grab Pay and TouchNGO Wallet, refund will be returned to your account of payment within 7 – 14 business days from the day of refund confirmation sent by STM.

 

3.7. For other payment methods besides as stated in clause 3.6, refund will be made in the form of:

        3.7.1. Coupon code, which can be utilized as cash discount in subsequent purchase on store.success.com.my; OR

        3.7.2. Online transfer to Customer’s bank account. Customer is required to provide his bank account details and identification number for verification purpose.

 

3.8. Time required to process the refund after we have received the physical return parcel:

        3.8.1. Coupon code: Within 1 business day

        3.8.2. Online transfer: Around 14 business days.

 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1. No amendments/ cancellations are allowed after order has been processed and shipped out. Please      ensure that your delivery details and ordered item(s) are correct before making the payment.

 

4.2. Amendments are only allowed if the order has not yet been processed.

 

4.3. In the event that order placed is out of stock, Customer will be duly notified via email and given the options of refund as stated above in point 3.6 OR wait for new stock arrival OR exchange for another similar model of product.

 

5. SERVICE POLICY

5.1. In the event that Customer requires service assistance, please contact our Customer Care line at 1300 88 2788. Please provide full details of the product model number and serial number, date of purchase and proof of purchase/warranty card and a brief description of the defect/query.

 

5.2. If STM determines that the claim is not covered under the warranty for whatever reason, the Customer will be duly notified. If the Customer authorizes STM to repair the Product(s) which is not covered under the warranty, the Customer shall pay all the charges for all parts, shipping, and labor for the repair and return of the Product(s).

 

6. PRIVACY POLICY

6.1. Collected Information

We only collect the information’s that needed for the registration procedure at our website or when fill up the registration form on the site. The information that we gathered are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer's personal information during the account registration on our site on our site.

 

6.2. Personal Identification Details

Your personal identification details are used to process your order of the products, customize your profile information, internal usage with legal requirements, update your status of online shopping in our site and also to update our customers with our latest news of updates/changes, promotions and events.

 

6.3. Confidentiality

Your personal information such as credit cards details, bank account numbers are well kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal details to any third party. Our sites do apply appropriate security application in order to keep all the customers’ information safe at all time.

 

6.4. Changes to our Privacy Policy

STM have the rights to do any changes/updates Privacy Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers.  Do keep track on the Privacy Policy page on our website.

 

6.5. Security

Our company website does apply appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customers' personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However, bear in mind that any information transmitted through Internet is NOT 100% guaranteed safe and secure.
